Faces come in all shapes and sizes, each wearer needs to be supplied with a face-piece which matches their facial features. Fit testing demonstrates how well a face-piece matches the individual’s face; it is used to select a facemask which is a good match for them. HSE’s relevant Approved Codes Of Practice (ACOP) require that face fit testing is to be carried out as part of the initial RPE selection process, to ensure that the wearer has the correct face-piece.
On Site Face Fit Testing

Our qualified Respiratory Technicians use PORTACOUNT RESPIRATOR FIT TESTER 8048 which links with our internal DMS to produce a unique certificate for our customers and also allows for automatic renewal notices to be sent to Health & Safety Managers. Our customer service advisors will provide duplicate certificates when needed and look up renewal dates upon request.
